Thermoforming Machine with Sliding / Detacheable heating head

This project included making the full Thermoforming Machine from scracth as per the capacity required from the client. A Dutch client needed to make one more set for his requirement, and so this project began.

From 3d CAD Design to Manufacturing Drawings to Laser cutting DXf files to BOM sourcing …everything was included as a part of developing this machine.
